For my safety and yours I do require screening. You can choose one of the following screening methods for your convenience or discretion:
REFERENCES
2 recent and reputable reference. Must have recent reviews on TER.
WORK INFO
Business card picture via phone along with ID picture. Or I can send you an email to your corporate email from work (I use a very discreet email and I can send it blank. You can treat it as a junk message. Very discreet I promise!).
TER-P411
Must be recently whitelisted. Last 2 OKs cannot be older than 6 months ago.
OTHERS
You can always send your social media as long as I can see info about your work on old posts. Or you can tell me links to any articles online where you and your work may be mentioned (and I can see a picture of you).
